Small is the point.

Not a stage we're growing out of. Twelve people, deliberately, since launch. Hiring slowly is how the bar stays high and the work coherent.

Products before services.

Service work is a research instrument. What we sell is the marketplace, the network, and the hardware, not our calendar.

Things that compound.

We build things that improve while we sleep. A website ranks. A marketplace gets denser. A device collects telemetry.

Everything in one room.

Engineering, design, content, partnerships, all on payroll, all on the same floor, all on the same time zone. No outsourced thinking.

Everyone gets a share.

Ten percent of revenue goes to the people who built it, paid out quarterly. Equity for anyone who stays three years. Builders eat what they cook.

The things people usually ask.

Five we hear often enough that we wrote them down. If yours isn't here, the form below is real and someone reads it.

Service work, done well, is a research instrument, not a business. The moment we need enough engagements to hit a billing target, we stop choosing them. We'd rather pick a few that sharpen the products and let the product line subsidise the option to say no.

We don't post jobs. We watch the internet for people who've already done the work, writing, code, side projects, talks. When we find someone, one of us reaches out. It's slow on purpose.

Not at the moment. We've been profitable since year two and capital is not the constraint. If you're a strategic partner with a clear thesis and shared values, we're open to a conversation. We'd be looking for something to build together, not just a check.
