### Network, Owned media & tools
Twelve small websites and a handful of browser tools. Built slowly, ranked organically, monetised cleanly. **12.4M monthly views.** The part of the studio that compounds while we sleep.

### Royal Ring, Hospitality IoT (MK-IV)
A brushed-aluminium button on a restaurant table; a waiter feels a buzz on their wrist in **under half a second**. Hardware we machined ourselves. **230 restaurants live, 11 markets shipped.** Manager dashboards surface wait-time, response rate, and hot-spot heatmaps.

### Selective Engagements, Conditional services
Up to six outside engagements join the work each year. Outcome-based; the engagement is unpaid if agreed placements don't ship. Direct line to a partner, no junior account managers, no status meetings.

We hire rarely and carefully. Our philosophy is Steve Jobs's: **hire smart people so they can tell us what to do, not the other way around**. We hire to never fire, so onboarding is strict and the bar is loud.
