# DeltaDroplet

DeltaDroplet is a small studio building durable digital assets. We are
twelve people. We are profitable since launch in 2023. We pick up outside
work a handful of times a year, only when it sharpens the products.

## What we work on

- Pressbear, a marketplace where founders work directly with vetted
  publishers. Articles, citations, podcasts, newsletters, video. No
  middlemen. No agency markup. 5,200+ publishers, 47 countries.

- Network, twelve small websites and a handful of browser tools. Built
  slowly, ranked organically, monetised cleanly. 12.4M monthly views.

- Royal Ring, a button on a restaurant table; a waiter feels a buzz on
  their wrist in under half a second. Manager dashboards. Hardware we
  machined ourselves. 230 restaurants live, 11 markets.

- Selective Engagements, up to six outside engagements per year, only
  when the project teaches us something we can fold back into the
  products.

## Principles

1. Small is the point, twelve people, deliberately, since launch.
2. Products before services, service work is a research instrument.
3. Things that compound, we build what improves while we sleep.
4. Everything in one room, engineering, design, content, partnerships,
   all on payroll, all on the same floor, all on the same time zone.
5. Everyone gets a share, 10% of revenue paid quarterly, equity after
   three years.
